Return & Refund Policy

To keep the marketplace fair for both customers and sellers, we’ve outlined our clear return, refund, and seller handling policies below.

Customer Return Policy

1. Return Period:
Customers can return products within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Returns:
A return will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • It includes original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • It is not damaged, broken, or altered after delivery.

3. Return Process:

  1. Go to My Orders → Request Return

  2. Choose reason & upload photos if needed

  3. Our team reviews within 48 hours

  4. Product will be picked or dropped as per courier instructions

4. Refund:
Refunds are processed only after the product passes our quality check.
If approved, refund is issued within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations:

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order can only be processed through a return request.
