Welcome to OnKart.pk, Pakistan’s trusted multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace.

By using our website or mobile app (“Platform”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a purchase.

1. Introduction

OnKart.pk connects buyers and independent sellers in one secure online marketplace.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users — customers, visitors, and sellers — who access or use our services.

By registering, shopping, or selling on OnKart.pk, you accept these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• All users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration.

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and any activity done through their account.

• OnKart.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found involved in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed through OnKart.pk are subject to seller confirmation and product availability.

• In case of cancellation before shipment, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded.

4. Return Policy

Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, in original packaging, and not damaged.

• The item received is defective, wrong, or not as described.

Non-returnable items include personal care products, groceries, undergarments, and customized goods.

5. Seller Payment Policy

• Seller payments are held for 7 days after successful delivery.

• Once the customer confirms product receipt and no complaint is raised, payment is released to the seller’s bank account or can be collected in cash from OnKart’s office.

• If a dispute or return claim arises, the payment remains on hold until resolved.

This ensures safe transactions and protects both buyers and sellers.

6. Seller Registration & Approval

To sell on OnKart.pk:

1. Seller must register via email and submit complete business, contact, and CNIC details.

2. Our verification team will review all details before granting account access.

3. Only approved sellers can start listing and selling products.

Unverified or incomplete seller profiles will not receive access.

7. Product Listing & Approval

• Every new product uploaded by a seller undergoes a manual review by OnKart.pk.

• Once approved, it becomes visible and purchasable on the website.

• Products with misleading descriptions, fake branding, or copyright violations will be rejected or removed immediately.

8. Stock Accuracy & Seller Responsibility

Sellers must maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all listed products are physically available.

Warning & Penalty Rules:

• 1st Warning: Seller notified to correct stock issue.

• 2nd Warning: Temporary account suspension or fine may apply.

Consistent violations may lead to permanent removal from the platform.

9. User Conduct

All users (customers and sellers) must:

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

• Avoid false claims, fake reviews, or misleading listings.

• Not share harmful, obscene, or illegal content.

• Not misuse return/refund or complaint systems.

OnKart.pk reserves the right to ban users or sellers violating community standards or these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

OnKart.pk is a marketplace platform and not the direct manufacturer or seller of most products.
We are not liable for:

• Product defects, damages, or losses caused by sellers or couriers.

• Delays due to external logistics or technical issues.

However, our team always assists to ensure fair dispute resolution.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of OnKart.pk is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Termination

OnKart.pk may suspend or terminate any user or seller account without prior notice if:

• There is policy violation, fraud, or abusive behavior.

• The account is inactive or non-compliant with verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
